Comments:
This section of the standard covers the carrying out of the day to day work against the requirements of the approved Management Plan [this is the document created annually that defines organisational design, services delivered, any changes to be implemented, any particular programmes focus, and in some cases the annual budget] and relates to normal working practice in the IT Department. Where the Management Plan has called out for changes to group or team organizations or services delivered these will be implemented via project and change management processes.
