BS ISO/IEC 20000 1:2005 Part 1: Specification

This part of the standard clearly defines the requirements that you must comply with if you are to be certified to the level of perfomance called out in the Standard. The Auditors will use this document as the measure of competency when they are carrying out the initial and all sustaining audits.
Part 1 describes what is required to be done with no reference to how it should be done. Part 2: Code of Practice explains a little more.
The documents in the PCAP Library have all been developed to be compliant with all areas of the ISO20000 Standard.
